AORC - Murray Bridge - Friday

A longish day's travel to arrive at Murray Bridge.

Ralphie and I drove from Coffs to the Gold Coast and arrived to have the airport close.

That didn't last too long and we rolled into Adelaide airport to find the car rental joint abandoned. No-one was answering the "courtesy" phone, either.

It all worked out okay and the brand-spanking new Hyundai coped well with some fairly irresponsible driving - Dan was a little carefree about his reverse parking - and Trent Johnston, as usual, had the pit set up and even the heater on in the cabin by the time we arrived.

Right now he's thumbing through the new issue and cranking over seeing his own photos.

It's been raining gently and the word is the trails are sandy loam which will be a premium ride.
