Hi I sent you guys an e-mail just after receiving issue #30. It was a bit tongue in cheek but I was serious. The DVD I recieved is a DUD and I would like it replaced please. I have tried it in 3 players and it does not work and I would like a new one. I have sent 3 e-mails through the normal channels but still no reply. So I thought I would try here. Still waiting for an answer.
