AJ ready to roll on his Honda CRF450R

Anthony 'AJ' Roberts has declared himself fit and ready for round one of the Australian Off Road Championships to take place at Port Macquarie, NSW this weekend.

"The Force Honda Thor Michelin Off Road Team has come together well. We've done everything needed to be fully prepared for this weekend and I'm just really looking forward to racing in a national series again," AJ said.

The 27 year old rider tested the waters earlier this year at two local state rounds, making his comeback from injuries that saw him sidelined for 8 months.

"The Queensland races went really well for me and the bike performed flawlessly."

"My shoulder is good now and I feel fit and strong. Of course, I have a few nerves with the build up to the season, but I can't wait. I'm packing the truck and heading to Port Macquarie as we speak."

In addition to the Off Road series, AJ will compete on his CRF450R in the Finke Desert Race under the guidance of Michael Vroom, owner of Desert Edge Motorcycles in Alice Springs.

He will also ride the Australian Safari with the help of multiple event winner GHR Honda.

AJ has launched a new website www.aj36.com which will include race results and video blogs throughout the season.
