Fresh Air For Your YZF450

Unifilter’s NU-6233KIT filter is designed to provide your Yamaha YZ450F 2010 with best protection when using the bike for enduro or extreme dusty conditions. The main filter has been designed to go over the standard support frame. This filter has twice the surface area of the standard flat filter allowing the bike to breathe better and increase the service life.

Included in this kit is two pre-cleaners designed to fit in the two intake snorkels. These pre-cleaners are designed for use in cross country racing. The pre-cleaners have Velcro tabs to secure them to the snorkels. These are perfect for racing when time is precious. They can ripped out and replaced in a matter of seconds. Using these will eliminate the need to change the main filter during the race.

Fitting Instructions (Main filter)

1. Remove the original air filter element from the air box. Leave the thin safety foam in the air box.
2. Slip the UNI FILTER foam element over the plastic support frame.
3. Locate the filter in the air box using the original wire cage holder.

Fitting Instructions (Pre Cleaners)

1. Remove air intakes.
2. Stick velcro tabs to intake snorkels.
3. Re-attach the air intakes and slide the pre-cleaners through the front.
