Chad Reed and Michael Byrne were rocked by the death of their good friend Andrew McFarlane at the Broadford round of the Australian Motocross Championships. And to honour their connection with the great man they both got matching tattoo's on their left legs on the Thursday night leading up to the last round of the AMA Monster Energy Supercross Championships held at Las Vegas over the weekend. In addition, they are both runninng stickers on their bikes and gear, such as the helmet, side panel, and gas tank on Reed's bike. Finishing in second place at Las Vegas Chad Reed fought back tears on the podium, explaining to the crowd how badly he wanted to win the race for his friend Andrew McFarlane. No doubt Chad will be hungrier than ever when the outdoors kick off in a few weeks time, and Sharky will be close in his and Burner's heart as they battle in the fiercest motocross series in the world.
